We offer our service to the following counties: Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe.
Most prices quoted are for a one day event (24 Hours). If you need to use rental items for a longer period, please contact us for long term rates. If the rental items are not returned prior to the deadline, additional 100% fee daily will apply
Full payment is due prior to the delivery date. We accept any major credit cards (fees apply), checks, wire transfers, and cash.
Early planning ensures product availability. Equipment and items will be reserved with a 50% non-refundable deposit (cash, check, or credit card)
Orders canceled will forfeit all booking deposits. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery will incur a 100% cancellation fee. There are no refunds for any “unused” equipment
Additions are possible based on availability. Small deletions prior to delivery (except tents) can be accommodated. Major deletions can result in forfeiture of deposit.
Yes. All fees are based on tailgate delivery and charged by geographical location. Delivery fees quoted may change after site inspection. Additional delivery charges will occur for second floor or higher delivery locations, basement delivery locations, excessive distance (more than 20 feet) for loading/unloading trucks, specific delivery and pick up times and afterhours delivery and pickup. Please contact us for rates and scheduling.
The dates and time for delivery and pick up must be specified on your rental agreement when you place your order. If you fail to comply with this schedule you need to call the office to schedule a second attempt. Additional charges will apply. We are not responsible for any pick up scheduled with the driver.
Set up and take down services are available for an additional fee. These arrangements must be made in advance directly with our office.
.-To check the rental order proposal to make sure all items/equipment rented are correct and all the important details are well noted (delivery and pick up time frame, date, set up/break down and time, address, etc)
.- To make sure the site is ready for the delivery of the rentals, and to inform Victory Events in advance of any condition that may interfere with the ability to stake and/or anchor equipment/tents.
.- To count all items upon delivery and pick up
.- To make sure all equipment is secured when not in use and protected from weather
.- To have all items, at pick up time, where these were delivered
.- To make sure there is enough space to install tents/dance floor/stage (if required)
As a customer you are entirely responsible once you take possession of equipment whether damaged, lost or stolen, to time of return.
All trash, decoration, floral arrangements of any kind should be removed from the tent before scheduled pickup time. All chairs and tables should be stacked and bagged the same as when delivered. All dishes, glassware, and cooking equipment should be returned to the proper rack or container and assembled at a single location for pickup. Dishes, glasses, flatware, and food service equipment must be cleaned and food/particle free, otherwise an additional charge for cleaning will be applied to the final price. Linens should also be shaken out and put into laundry bags/boxes provided. Linens that are returned with burns, holes, tears, or are permanently stained will be billed at replacement cost.
Yes, if you prefer to pick up the order from our warehouse, please check all good before leaving our premises.
We do charge for missing, broken or damaged items. We offer you a damage waiver/protection plan to protect you against charges for accidental damage to rented equipment. If a customers accepts the protection plan, then Victory Party Rental waives all claims against customer for accidental breakage or damage to rental items, with the exception of third party sub rental items that occur despite usage and handling with reasonable care. Items not returned to our warehouse within three (3) days after your event are billed the full replacement cost.
